hello!

in most cases this is hardware fault.
check connection between camer module and phone PCB.
also make sure that battery is charged enough

i too had a same problem when i flash the phone with other version the phone was n95 what i did was agian searched in the support and downladed the similar file and again writed in that phone and the phone worked fine that phone had the restart problem with sim now after writing the new file everything is working fine
