can infinity not supported mtk 6580 cpu


hello team i have face some problm...hope se your team solved my problm.
i have samsung j7 clone handset from thailand. its mtk 6580 cpu based mobile...am tried to make backup or unlock this mobile.....bt cm2 show this error.
here is screen shot....">

no need press any boot key(volume up/ volume down) just inset usb cable ...i hope will solve your problem
