Coustomer Reciving SMS from their Operator On china Handset sms is

Your handset has invalid IMEI. As per Govt directive your handset will stop working from 30 nov 2009. Get New IMEI @ 199

CAN WE HELP THEM WITH OUR SOFTWARE , CAN WE SOLVED THEIR PROBLEM PLEASE EXPLAIN

Which country is it
or is it only in chinese phones

Hello,

For "Chinese noname" models you can try to use "Write" button from software "Service" page.

Changing IMEI number is illegal so be carefull.Don't do anything wrong and save your country.Chines sets are threat to national security.

It's no need to change imei.
It's enough to REPAIR imei with original imei value from phone back label.
I hope "REPAIR" operation has ho conflicts with your country national security.

yes bro change imei your prob will b solved because allmost chineese phones has same imei so if any one block his set so many set goes in invalid sim so just change imei

No sir his IMEI is not damaged.In my area also some chines set user got this sms and phone calls from customer care of gsm operators for Invalid IMEI number.I use *#06# code and varified that IMEI no. on display and on backside is same.

As all chines phones have illegal IMEI no.they are used by anti socials and terrorists and are hard to track.So only repair IMEI as on backside of set and don't change IMEI no. to any other value.
