can not sp unlock nexian G505 - GSM-Forum

dual sim nexian g505, sim 1 is locked by certain operator. I tried to unlock it n the proccess was completed but it's still locked.
here is the file version used in this phone:
TINNO23C_08B_GEMINI_PCB01_GPRS_MT6223_S00.E511_01F _INDONESIA_R1_6.BIN
