Can not start CM2SPD module


Hello!

I use latest 1.27 version, it was working up until some weeks ago. I thought maybe it was because my support was expired, so today I renewed support, but it is still not opening. I can run CM2QLM and CM2MTK without problems.
I tried reinstalling. I tried deleting whole folder before reinstalling. No fault.bin in the program folder. No USB sharing and tracing programs on my PC.

Please advise how I can run the software.

Install to c:\program files if dont work do this below.
1. If you have Fault.bin inside Cm2 SPD Folder attach it here
2. Uninstall usb sharing /sniff/monitor/debug softwares (like flexihub etc.)
.
3. PC is infected with virus, as a result CM2 files (exe and/or dll) become changed damaged
or some strange files are in folder with CM2.
Solution: Scan Pc with a trusted antivirus.
4.Delete CM2 folder completely and re-install it.

Hi,
support renew has effect for newly released software only. Old modules should work.
What new software was installed at your PC during last days ?
any kind of antivirus or anyrhing else ?

I never use antivirus software, and not using any debugging software, aswell. I am out of ideas.

in operation.log i see this

and what is with software ?
do you see it in windows process list or is it just write something to log and then stop to load ?

As you say. Just writes this log file, and gone. Not showing up in process explorer.

In the meantime I managed to run it on my Win XP machine, but tried 3 more different PCs with Win 10 and Win 7, none of them works.

this means you have no problems with dongle.
have you installed any software, updates etc. to your PC last days ?

Nothing special. The usual stuff I use for other boxes, I don't think I will ever find the problem software, unless we know for sure with what it is not compatible.

If you are sure that there is no usb sharing, debug, spy, logger etc installed/running in your pc then try to scan your pc with some good Antivirus once. You can try with free version even.

Do you see in running process list any kind of sharing/trace or similar process ?
