can not upgrade my box


this box is new, but I can not use because it not allows me to update the firmware of the dongle, and I sent emails to both the reseller and support team, and nobody has been able to fix my problem, the log of the dongle manager, is the following:

"Checking Dongle Identification...
Identification check error: Server reported error:[0034] Dongle and database data mismatch, errorcode #02. Contact to [email protected]"

please see the picture, and tell me what we must to do to solve this problem, in that situation, the infinity box is the same as a shoe box..

thaks for your replay.

I did, and they tell me that i contact with the reseller, i did too, the reseller sent a email them but nothing happens yet. I have ten days with the box and i can not use it still.

i don't know what i have to do to activate the box.
