can not use new version
 

can not use 1.27 version.asking for upgrade.when upgrade dongle firmware can not upgrade.do not try any more

how to solved this?

which version of dongle manager are you using? Use latest dongle manager and update the firmware of infinity box.

Check your Support period first. If it has not expired download latest Dongle Manager from here- http://server1.infinity-box.com/down...gleManager.rar
and upgrade your Dongle Firmware.
And If in case it has expired just renew your support period first.
