Can We Flash Motorola V 975?????? - GSM-Forum

I Had One Motorola V975, which switches off at any instance of time. The set is a contract set(bonded to 3G Network), which was unlocked & then sold. Currently it switches itself off & then switches on.
Please suggest Solution!!!!
