I have Infinity Cdma Dongle , BEST dongle & Old Infinity Box (support Expired)
Is It possible to transfer all licences to one Dongle (Smart Card) Or Infinity Box

Activations can be moved only to the same dongle type and only if old dongle become completely damaged.

You can buy new Dongle here - https://www.infinity-box.com/dealers.php

What is the problem with your BEST ?
And if you want to buy new dongle just to ask then to move activations from other dongle to this new on I have interesting info for you - n some cases it's impossible to move activations doe to some technical reasons.
So I suggest you to explain your problem before buy something.

my smart card is bent so it does not properly detects
