Cannot enter support area


SIR


I ALREADY POSTED ONE COMPLAINT.SIR MY PROBLEM IS WHEN I TRY TO ENTER SUPPOT AREA I AM GETTING THIS MESSAGE

1. You must download and use latest Support Manager to login in support area !
2. Connect Dongle/Box to PC.
3. Install Support Manager and follow Support area link.

I UPDATED THE VERSION 1.24 BUT SAME PROBLOEM.

SO PLEASE GIVE ME A SOLUTION.

Try to upgrade ure dongle using dongle manager and then use support manager to access support area

when i go to read info in dongle manager i am getting the error.




Firmware version: 0111.02
Smart-card status: activated
"UK edition" status: On
Last launched application: 001A v.0215
Support area: http://www.infinity-box.com
- Username:
- Password:
Dongle parameters checksum: 51806C

Probably Dongle data is damaged, contact to support !
- If you can't login into support area: contact to [email protected]
- If you have problems during start software at first time: upgrade Dongle firmware.

How many time you wait an answer ? 10 or 20 minutes ?
