cant change imei for spd chinese phone!

im trying to repair phone for a chinese oem spd based phone but always getting error;

can you tell me how to repair the imei for this phone? im using USb cable!

Hello. Try in service mode, instead flash one. If problem will remain - make flash read and send logs.
If it some alcatel, probably, it may have otp.

tks for nswering, the option to select flash mode is greyed out! no it isnt alcatel and the model isnt mentioned at the back,
