cant connect N343i - GSM-Forum

i bought Infinity box mini from gsm-technology.com
cable for N343i was too
program asks for power on but when i try to connect phone nothing happens
i select virtual com (works fine with C261)
so must i use any additional setting?
please advice can i use this cable for mini box or need another?

Hello,

It's no need to use any additional settings. It can be only one problem - in cable/phone bad contacts or something like this.
Pls, open cable connector and check pinout (is it correct) acording to info from support area.

hi
finally i flashed phone via onboard connection
but must say my cable was fake!!!
it is cable from Infinity-mini set
i bought it from Multi-COM (Poland)
but cable is not for this phone!!

it has label N343i and fits in phone but pinout step are different from phone connector
so be carefull and check cables!
