I use Download manager to log in support.
But i cant log on.

Uninstall your box and install it again...And for login click on visit support area in dongle manager...

1. Connect Infinity-Box dongle/box to your PC usb port !!!
2. Run latest "Shell" and login in support area

all info/software you can see here: www.infinity-box.com/download
