I've problem to open CM2QLM qualcomm module
the software don't open!!
MTK, SPD, RDA, RKT is open but only qualcomm software can't open!!

Hello,
Could you explain what is exact error or problem?
To use latest CM2QLM 1.10 you need to upgrade your Infinity Box/Dongle.
If you have any other problem/error post in details here.

first it want to updade dongle firmware!
so i update it!
and now i can't open cm2qlm only!
no error! but it don't open

hi cannot open cm2spd v.1.24
but mtkcm2 open easily
and cm2spd open easily on an other computer

Dongle is up-to-date and has latest firmware. DO NOT try more !

What is your Support Validity Date ?
How to check - http://www.infinity-box.com/doc.php?id=17

If you have active support - run DongleManager software and update Box/Dongle firmware.
If support is not active - please contact to any seller and renew support.

Hi,
There is a software conflict wth this app:
\program files (x86)\ieinspector\httpanalyzerfullv3\injectwinsock servicev3.exe

Dsable it, delet gault.bin after that from software folder, run Infinity
