help, my Infinity Dongle cant open Qualcomm v1.06, but when open another modul its work normally

Hi,

Do you see any kind of error messages ?
Do you have fault.bin file in folder with CM2QLM software ?

there is no fault.bin file and i dont have any flexihub software sir

Hello,
Does your pc have any kind of usb sharing, debug, spy, sniffer software installed?
If so uninstall it and then try to run software.
Or uninstall current software, delete CM2QLM folder from c: drive installed folder. Restart pc, download a fresh copy of software, install and run.
If this even don't helps scan your pc once with some good antivirus program once.
