can't read any phone by pin finder

sir plz help me i have a new infinity box+pinfinder i have bought it just before 15 days for 15 days it's work fine but now it can't read any phone i have also try to detct working condition phones like nktel,micromax,max,lava but they all are also not detct in pin finder

i also check positive and negetive cables it sows 5.2 volts
i check with diffrent phone cable


plz plz some body help

Probably your pinfinder is damaged due to bad phones,

how can i check it 100% pinfinder problem

hello!

first of all: do you able to power On phone using pinfinder power?
this is main rule for success pinout search.
run pinfinder, select cable, CPU type and next presss "power" button in software.
Box RED light should become shining and you must be able to power On phone attached to power lines

1,sir i check phone power on phone using infinty when finish searching rx-tx
2,i select cpu and power on button in software it's ok
3, in box when i press power botton in software red light is on


all is ok but it can't find rx tx plz help me what is problem my pinfinder is new it's work fine 15 day's

try to contact your reseller and send it him for inspection.
if it is really faulty- it will be exchanged under warranty conditions
