What is your Support Validity Date ?
How to check - http://www.infinity-box.com/doc.php?id=17

If you have active support - run DongleManager software and update Box/Dongle firmware.
If support is not active - please contact to any seller and renew support.

Chinese miracle 2 spd update is not working on, when i open it asking to update dongle and i try to update with Dongle Manager v1.70 it giving me the following message and still Chinese miracle 2 spd is not open, still asking to update dongle.
