i contacted infinity team, they told me to contact gsm server at [email protected]. i have conacted them they told me they are not the one who sold me that infinity box so i contact infinity team and that they dont have that serial numer in there system that i have to give them order number so they can check using that, told them i dont have the order number since the box n the card are more than 5 years old. i bought them on error of big boxes not dongle

Please contact to person who have sold dongle or support renew or other activation to you !
We can not do anything because only seller can solve your problem.

do you remember who sold activations for your box recently ?
