hi,

im facing this issue while update my infinity card.logs below.

Box/Dongle type selected: inf
Box/Dongle found: inf
---------- Process started: 2/23/2016 7:50:05 AM ----------
DongleManager [Infinity-Box] v1.61 [2/23/2016 7:50:05 AM]
PC HWID: 315CBD38E23D6AD387E069FA514580E5
Card-Reader: Gemalto e-gate Smart Card 0
HWID: 0001283F00001942
Type: inf S/N: 67CE283F Version: 0129.02
Connecting to server
Server connection successfully established
Checking DongleManager version...
Your DongleManager is up-to-date
Checking Dongle Identification...
Authenticating on server...
Authentication stage error:
Server reported error:[0007] No more upgrade logs.


please infinty team help me to solve this issue.

Why do you want to update your Box/Dongle ?
Does it has any problem ?

If you want to use latest Infinity-Box updates and support area you should extend/renew your support period.

Please read information about support policy changes, prices and step-by-step support renew instruction:

You can contact to any reseller from this list Infinity-Box - How to buy and ask your reseller to renew your support. You have to provide to reseller your Infinity-Box Serial Number only.
