- Run CardID software - http://www.infinity-box.com/support/?r=7
- Select Card-Reader
- Click to "Read" button

DO NOT send screenshot/video but copy/paste text from software window !

I do not see any problem with your card.
Make this:
1. close all software
2. run ONLY DongleManager
3. read card S/N
