brother this update is so old .

if i try to enter in cdma support area it says dongle not found. i did not register my infinity box yet cause my friend says if i register my box it will work for 1 year only. Please guide me if this is the reason due to i am not able to access support area ....

brother unstall the driver and install again ya fir

out of cdma card un the box and out in card again may be ur probleam solve

bro. my box is working fine only when i try to go to the support area .tell me one thing i did not register my infinity box. this could be the reason ?
and if i register my box so is there any possibility that my box will deactivate after 1 year ?

Hello,

You must close Infinity-CDMA software before you want to go to support area.
When you have running Infinity-CDMA software Smart-Card become used by Infinity-CDMA software and Shell can not get access to Smart-Card.

Registration is an optional process, it DO NOT affect to support area access etc.
