If you can not access support area:
- use latest "Shell [Support manager]"

If you can not run software:
1. download latest Smart-Card configuration file FSCard.ini
2. copy new Smart-Card configuration file FSCard.ini file in folder with software module

shell ok. goto support ok but when run cdma tool same to this error..

i get fscard.ini

did u know where to save this?
