sir....... why suddenly my infinity shell cannot open??? i means is not work..... i had try uninstall and install it back already..... i can't go to support area to dwonload the firmware that i need cause i cannot open shell...... pls help me urgently........ thanks you

try to format drive and then re install window or uninstall your antiviruse and then try
