please post connector typy and check with multimeter where is located GND pin. Maybe we will find in our database similar configuration

@InfinityHelp connector like samsung 18pin 1,2 pin are ground but one and mean thing is its shows info with usb in usb cabel 11 and 12 pin are rx, tx and pin 16, 17 , 18 for usb supply now 345678910pins are free try to find rx and tx in it

YES YOU RIGHT BUT :

I HAVE one set of nec.com 1000 with 18 pin connector in usb cable i see pin 1 and 2 are GND and 16,17,18 are V-charge and 11,12 for tx and rx
now i made cable for it connect rg45 pin7,8 to pin1,2 in phone . connect rj-45 pin 2 to phone pin 11 . connect rj-45 pin3 to phone pin12 . phone not boot and detect with infinity . change rx,tx in phone pin(pin11,12 ) but same result .
i don't knbow what should i do (

hello black snake!

how do you know that 11, 12 is comport pins? If you trace oroiginal USB cable- then you got wrong pins. because pins which are used for USB connection can not be used for serial.

hello!

cant find anything similar to this pinout in our database.
you can try to find pinout by yourself:
solder to all free conacts wires, other wire side to IC socet.
use needles to connect tx, rx to all pins one by one.
with use of IC socet you dont need soldering to change pins, this is very convinient. with 11 free contacts it gives just 110 combinations. you can try all in 20minutes. this is regular way how i find pinouts

what happend when we connect tx pin or rx pin ?
i mean how we find that this pin is rx or tx or not of theme ?

hello!

set first combination of Tx , Rx and push "read flash". program will ask you to power On phone. you press and hold power button. If all ok- program will start reading. if Not- phone will power On. remove battery set it back, set next combination of TX, Rx and try again until you connect succesfuly

WITH THE HELP OF IC SCOTE IT IS VERY EAST TO FIND PINOUTS.
