When I try with mode-auto (after I saved full flash) the operation is successfull but the touch doesn't work . With all others it fails (the touch was working) .

hello!

calibration is for bypassing touchscreen work.

after it is successfully done- touch screen will not work anymore.
it will be ignored

If touchscreen panel is not damaged - make format ffs and then make "calibration" manually.
If touchscreen panel is damaged - you have to replace it.

Hi,

Why you can not calibrate it ?
After format each phone with touchscreen should ask you to make manual calibration (click to each touchscreen corner several times).
Do you see manual calibration questions when you power-on phone after format ?
