change boot image / startup

can you add more feature on language pack editor.
on recent feature we can change the icon and the default ringtone but we can't change the boot image and ringtone on startup and startdown.

You need to download full flash (13mb) adress from x00000 to x2000
And open this file in CPFFE ( China phone full flash Editor)
