Change flash IC in phone MT6225

Please teach me the flashing/repair procedure after changing flash IC

The phone is water damage and in writing is error
now i change the flash ic from other phone with same type

now infinity log show like this:

yes of course,i know this phone is NEXIAN G923
i download from support the firmware with eeprom to. and i already done flashed it to the phone

but the error issue about rom damage still informed what to do next sir?
are the room saved on flash ic or in MTK6225?
