to solve this kind of problem, follow carefully this instruction

first, remove battery and reinsert it back to the phone.
second (TIME INTERVAL IS VERY IMPORTANT)
press and hold power button and AFTER 1 SECOND INTERVAL press and hold volume up and wait till the logo appears...
when the logo appears COUNT 2 SECOND release both power and volume buttons.. WAIT.....
A COMMAND PROMPT WILL APPEAR AND SELECT RESTORE FACTORY SETTINGS..AND GO ON..

BUT IN SOME CASES that wont work.

so if that method doesnt work then go back to setting and enable usb debugging (toggle down notification bar and navigate setting)

now that you have enabled usb debugging, coonect your cp to your pc..wait till the drivers are installed...

open uni-android tool set-up from your pc and select "reboot to recovery" and hit enter..(you can use any android tool that has a rebbot-to-recovery function)
your phone now will reboot to recovery mode..and you know what to do
