hello!

flash files we have, separatly eeprom- no.
What is a problem with phone? Did you try to solve it by formating eeprom?

yes i have erased the eeprom when format , i forget save it
i flash the phone but no result , the phone no power
what can i do ?

Hello,

Press and hold phone "Power" button for a long time (up to 1 minute) to make phone powered-on after format process.
