hello infinity team i had a vary strange problem when i formate china phone whose cpu is mt6225 phone formate completly but not power on it shows nothing what is flash file in infinity operation plzzzzzzzzzzz guide me as soon as possible total operation of infinity is given below

hi customer gave the phone in dead condition mostly dead phone has been ok with formate mathod so i formate the phone so there is no phone history in my knowedge

as i can see in this log- phone had empty flash chip.
you must find flash file basing on phone model name and flash your phone
