there are some eprom files on support site so u can check if u can find any eprom file for the software version was on your phone and try to reflash it to your phone again and see what happen

in case u can not find same eprom u can look for any other working phone which has the same model like the one u have and read eprom of it and flash your phone with and see what could happen after that

good luck for u

hello mr. brabbsss!

we have flash file for this phone on our support site.
why do you need eeprom file? Just make complete format FFS and phone itself will rebuild eeprom to original state
dont forget to restore IMEI after this

Hello,

If this file can not be found in support area (use "search" in support area first)
it will be good if somebody can read full flash from the same good working phone and send
full flash backup to [email protected] so we will be able to prepare and upload
good working files in support area for all users.

p.s.
request to everybody:
1. Please never ask support person to send any files via e-mail or any other way.
2. Please, do NOT send to us backup files from damaged phones. We can NOT repair damaged files !
3. All files that we have already uploaded in support area, we do NOT have any other files.
4. All files that we have already uploaded in support area and all users can download files easily from support area.
