hi all i have china zt588 phone goes off with sim whem network comes in phone and without sim when i call emerancy number set also goes off i allso try to do safe and complet format but nothing happend i think it`s from hardware can any one tell me what shuld i do now i will be very thank full to u

check with new battry it think it is due to weak ampere from battry to handset either chech shorting at battry terminal of handset or also clean usb jack

so far what did you do to the unit.try to format it using infinity and pls post logs maybe we can help you.....
