"chines phones keypad problem" solution

DEAR FRIENDS,
mostly in chines mobile phone we have many time faced keypad problems like,
(1) all keypad not working
(2)auto press any keys.
(3)and some keys working or some not working.

Solution, 100% tested many time,
mostly chines mobile phone have no keypad i.c. and having touch screen.
so main thing is cause keypad problem is "Touch Screen".

(1st) check on mobile key plate there is no any liquid or carbon.
(2nd) (if not success) just remove touch screen connection form l.c.d or motherboard.
(3rd)in case of all keys not working u also checked by removing side volume or camera buttons.
(4)if keypad using any strip or jeck check it where it damage.

Thanks.

I've got a very strange keypad problem on chinese Sigmatel,

The LEFT SOFT KEY ( MENU ) does not work in normal screen ( means main screen ) BUT
this key works in any SUBMENU.

I've flashed the phone, formatted the phone nothing solved it.

This is not hardware problem.

Does anyone have idea what to do?

Regards..............
