can you add the opposite thing?
I mean sometimes impossible to root (missing recos, failed root applications..etc)

personally i prefer chainfire root (stable and there is no spyware, malware like the chinese clones)

I mostly made complete level, it allow read, write, remove, make dirs and remove them.
But for MTK there is no reason - all operations done via FlashMode, and there is no need root.
