how to solve the bluetooth error in chinese fones.

i got a chinese fone wich shows the error wen bluetooth try to on
bluetooth initializing now wait a moment
i flash the fone but the fault still presest,how chould we solve it

hello!

if formating FFS/flashing not work- then it is internal fault of bluetooth module.
