chinese phones - one time startup after format
 

this is very common problem

when we format the set its power on and show logo only one time
after that it goes off

when we retry to power on, it does not power ON

if again we format it

it again power up just one time like previous the goes off..

is it a software problem or hardware problem..............?

i flash the set

i also change power IC

but problem still persist

sorry, hard to comment, i never met such problem.
they only thing which i can advice: always try safe format in a first place.
this method is keeping most eeprom areas untouched.
only if safe format is not helpful- make complete
