C115, after Flash: Phone Locked - GSM-Forum

I flashed the phone with:
C115_2.2.80N_Main.18M.bin
C115_2.2.80N_LPN_LATAM_Z74_En_Es_Pt.18P.bin
C115_2.2.80N_Flex_FFN_C115_2I_X74_Claro_704-01.18F.bin

All went well, but, after it end I power the phone and it says: phone locked, doesnt ask for any code or something.

I tried to unlock the phone, but the phone is not getting connected to the box any more, the unique function which works is the function toi Reset Sim lock state, all other functions wont boot the phone.

What can I do ? I cant flash the phone anymore

it is not a cable problem, I tried to conenct other phones with the same cable and they Boot well, this one just stopped to communicate.

UART Closed ?

The phone was working well, I just wanted to change the language , thats why I flashed.

damn... how did I forget about latest FW versions

phone was an older version, I screwed it up myself, thanks *** you infinity guys made the Soft Restore cutted track Option, I remember a year ago this option did not exist, it was a mandatory step to restore the track, that was the harder step.

I will try and feed back

hello infinity team

i have a a c115 that says phone locked after flash first time i did test point cut track i was able to repair no problem.i flashed with 2.0.27 and hpne worked correctly execpt that it did not have correct bands so then i tried flashing with 2.2.58 and now phone has phone locked on display.i could not reflash with 2.0.27 because phone does not connect to box i went removed the jumper did to cut track repair and phone still turns on.this is not new pcb because i was able to use cut track the first time this began happening after flash with 2.2.58.
please help infinity team!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello,

Phone will be able to power-on with cutted track if you have flashed phone with "soft restore" option enabled.
You can flash phone with any firmware if you enable "repair mode" box in software "Settings" page.
