Unfortunately exact version firmware file is not present on support.
The closest file present on support is-
flashfiles/1MTK/_MT6223/HEXING23C_08A_GEMINI_PCB01_GPRS_MT6223P_S00.PRJ_C0 20B_2_1_MP_V3__VS&ME-V300_16m_En_Ru_Fr_Id_Tr_Urdu_Farsi_Ar.B0M.bin
You can try with that file or wait for someone to post exact version firmware.

BTW what's the problem with the phone?

before trying any flash file- make backup of your existing version

Thanks sir.I already have save its original file.
and I also already have flash with the same file as u tell above ,but after flashing set power on, starting ring tone plays.but no display,can some one upload its same and exact version
