Cm2 Dongle Error while Read flash.


Please help infinity team.


I was reading flash from Qmobile and in the last it given an error and cm2 software and pc got hang.


Read flash log.


1. Power Off Phone , Remove battery , Insert back
2. Insert USB cable. In some cases require hold BootKey

If i'm putting cm2 sim card into the infinity best reader but there different Error

Hello,
What is your dongle serial number?
Can you run any other CM2 software module?
Do you intentionally deleted serial number or software can't read serial number-

Bro everything was fine all happened because of my mistake that quickly I unplugged the dongle from pc when pc hanged now not any module is opening.


After double click on any module just error dongle not connected.

I have two dongles bro and im facing problem with same serial and dongle that team solved problem Few months ago in the previous post I can see serial number of cm2 is CE489681

Is sim card of my infinity dongle damage Or still there chance to repair?


@hashim mobile, i must ask from the infinity team to follow the instruction before I should not do anything with my dongle. Because I don't want to get my dongle permentely blocked.

Yes bro in dongle manager there I can see frimware is OK but for the serial number just lines and dongle manager software not reading it.


If im changing reader then getting error dongle not found/connected as in screenshot.



If using reader of Nokia infinity best dongle then this last error I posted here.


And Sorry for the pm message.


I tried today by installing new windows but the problem is still same.

Yes bro this I need solution for my dongle to work and today I contact to Pakistani reseller he's said me to buy new dongle because mine damaged by serial.
