Install correct drivers from here Index of pub/drivers/
Remove other dongles from pc .

- Run CardID software - http://www.infinity-box.com/support/?r=7
- Select Card-Reader
- Click to "Read" button

Try looking at Device Manager if drivers correctly installed. Put Smartcard to other reader.
