cm2 not open

dear team when ever i tried to open it cant open here its log

2. What CM software version do you use ?
3. Why do you want to update Dongle firmware ?

1-software cant run when ever i click for open only once it appear in computer timer toolbar and after 3-4 seconds it disappear
2-i am using cm2 mediatek 1.40
3-i only want to read its data too post here

3-to read data there is a "Read S/N" button

Which module exactly you cannot run? Do you see any error message when you try to run CM2 module? And do you fault.bin in CM2 folder?
