same problem here
cm2qlm not opening
there is no fault .bin in folder
it say dongle firmware 0134 dongle firmware is outofdated
when i use dongle manager say card reterned erreor message iso 7816.......
plz help me

Hello,

What is your Support Validity Date ?
How to check - http://www.infinity-box.com/doc.php?id=17

If you have active support - run DongleManager software and update Box/Dongle firmware.
If support is not active - please contact to any seller and renew support.

I renamed all .exe inside that x64 folder to .bin and still having problems with QLM and LGS

Reboot PC now.

PC already rebooted because i rename those files in safe mode.now pc in normal mode same problem.

1. Double check do you have this process running: \avg\antivirus\x64\aswidsagenta.exe

2. delete fault.bin file from CM folder

3. run CM

Thanks Mr.YellowBoss my mistake i did not delete fault bin after i dissabled all exe under x64 folder.Now it's working.

Hello,
Uninstall current version, backup all important data if you have inside C:\InfinityBox\CM2QLM folder first. Delete CM2QLM folder in C:\InfinityBox\ & again install CM2QLM v1.15.
In short it needs fresh install.

Do you have fault.bin file in folder with software ?
