This Smart-Card is not an Infinity Smart-Card

- Disconnect all other Boxes and Dongles from PC
- Connect ONLY one Infinity Box/Dongle to PC

bro you use wrong dongle you must connect Infinity dongle to pc !!!

card HWID 00008C2C187A4082 is not an Infinity card but other card. pls connect correct card to PC and try again.

please explain the problem without video. Just connect Infinity Box/Dongle to PC and read it's S/N with DOngleManager.

i"ll buy new dongle cm2 instaled setup and when m update firmware suddenly my pc switced off then this happen=== DongleManager [Infinity] v1.70 [4/12/2018 19:32:46] ===

Manually select Token Type: Infinity-Box/Dongle when software asks and then process to upgrade process.
