cm2mt2 not Identify/Connect


when click identify/Connect show..

Operation : Read Firmware [ v2.00 r2 ]

1. Make sure device is powered off. Power off, if need. Wait 20 seconds after
2. Insert USB cable in phone
Waiting for device connection ...

PTFN : MediaTek DA USB VCOM Port (COM569)
MODE : PRELOADER PORT
PORT : 569
Error : Failed to open port!

Error : Fail to init protocol!
Remove battery, cable. Check cable and connection. Repeat operation!

Reconnect Power/Cable!

how to fix it?

Bro this is problem. Try to Bring your com port to down then try again.

Yes not work. infinity CM2 MT2 . it is bug problem. infinity team please solve the problem

Reboot your PC and press F8 then select DISABLE DRIVER SIGNATURE

that's all.
