CM2QLM 1.15 can't open - GSM-Forum

After install 1.15 it cant open. When I open it no error messages or no fault.bin in any folder. And other tools like CM2MTK, CM2SPD, Nokia... its working. Its not the in PC or installation. My both PC installed and result same. Please I need help ASAP. I am stuck with Nokia 6

do you have any kind of sharing/trace/sniff/debug software installed ?
what antivirus do you have installed?

no anti virus installed . And no any other software installed. Just installed 1.15 and its not working. And its common for my both PC. Normally I am not installing same software on my both PC.

please check your PC Task Manager. Do you have any active sharing or remote control or other services ?

Pc has installed team viewer and asus link. I uninstalled now. But situation same. Then I installed CM2QLM 1.12 just check and I saw this error

"Smart-card not have active module"

Whats that mean?

Whatever now situation is good better than before. Because at least I can see a error now

I try to update firmware and I think I found real reason for this matter. I will post some screen shot and tell me what you need to fix this...

server mistake and 3 times posted accidentally. Sorry and delete last same two post. And upper two also with wrong image tagging

It's a Bug on 1.15 update of Cm2QLM..

Here is what i do.. This solution is not For long time you need to do this every time it happen..

Ok.. Try to Uninstall Cm2QLm then Delete remaining whole folder of Cm2QLm on DRIVE C: InfinityBox.. Then try to install it again and Test if it's Run properly.

But for me i stay on Version 1.14 because of that Bug..

it's not a bug.
do not change content of CM2QLM folder and you will be able to use new version.

uninstall cm2qlm
delete cm2qlm folder
install cm2qlm again

same problem at work PC, open only 1.14. it home PC 1.15 open well.
