Hello, could you help to solve my problem. In each run cm2qlm error:
error loading driver, although installed the latest driver from the
support site and updated the firmware of the dongle. But that's not
the main problem, the worst is that every attempt to identify any
device error: "access violatatuion at address 00000000. Read of
address 00000000.". Have the latest software, I am attaching the
screenshots with the errors. Thank you in advance.

Did you install QLM drivers (but not dongle drivers) from support ?

Yes, I have installed the latest driver

What's problem you have take a screenshot
