fixed with SP_Flash_Tool_v5.1348.01_SEC using download only something wrong with infinity maybe a bug

yes factory firmware phone is fully working

So, you try with Infinity just once.
That report in such case give no info, because that can be battery glitch, or cable move or etc.

Firmware is corrupted, that's the reason can't be read fully.

And show screenshot of sp tool if you got success with all selected files.
