Phone has encrypted file system, reset user lock will not work. Need to Format phone.

To avoid time-waste :
1)- You CAN't Reset user code without format phone.
2)- NO, you can NOT decrypt filesystem.
3)- you can not read photos, contacts etc. from that phone.
4)- It's not about BOX, it's about new android security.
