my card is damage can team help me


my old card is suddenly stoped workking



try on all boxes and dongles


but failed here is logs


if possible to trnsfer on onther card thn tell me process



tried already with the help of supporters but failed


so please help

Smart-Card - damaged, can not be updated/repaired any more - REPLACEMENT

If your Smart-Card become damaged and you want to buy another one:
- You should know old/damaged Smart-Card Serial Number
- To verify that you are legal owner of old/damaged Smart-Card you should know e-mail address that was used during Box/Dongle Registration
- Old (damaged) Smart-Card will be blocked
- If your old (damaged) Smart-Card had Activations it can be moved to new Smart-Card

What to do:
- Contact by e-mail to card [at] infinity-box.com with Replacement request
- Provide your old (damaged) Smart-Card Serial Number and e-mail address that was used during Box/Dongle Registration

Smart-Card - Move Activation from damaged Smart-Card to new Smart-Card

If Smart-Card with Activation (#1) become damaged it is possible to move Activation to another Smart-Card (#2).

- It is impossible to transfer Dongle to another Dongle as Activation.
- It is possible to transfer Activation to the same Smart-Card type only
- Another Smart-Card should be not older than 5 years !
- Smart-Card #1 and account will be completely deactivated after transfer

Example:

Yes - from [BEST] to [BEST]
Yes - from [CDMA] to [CDMA]
Yes - from Infinity-Box/Dongle to Infinity-Box/Dongle

No - from [BEST] to Infinity-Box/Dongle
No - from [BEST] to [CDMA]
No - from [CDMA] to Infinity-Box/Dongle
No - from [CDMA] to [BEST]
No - from Infinity-Box/Dongle to [BEST]
No - from Infinity-Box/Dongle to [CDMA]

Procedure:
- Contact by e-mail to dongle [at] infinity-box.com with activation transfer request
- Provide old (damaged) Smart-Card Serial Number and new Smart-Card Serial Number
