c123 restarting - GSM-Forum

I have a c123 restarting with and without sim.actually display goes blank.and key press tones are heard.when display comes and i press any key tone is heard but nothing happens on display.I formatted FFS.Is it a software problem how can I flash it with Infinity and which files.
